Extreme Dichroic Pendants

These pendants feature multiple layers of dichroic glass, in various colours and textures. After 3 or 4 trips to the kiln, fired above 800 Celsius, the pendants are cut on a ring saw, grinded to shape and then fire polished in the kiln to ensure the glossy properties of the glass.

Some pieces have either one or two layers of dichroic that have been etched or engraved by hand to create a unique effect, pattern and design. Others are layers of beautiful dichroic that complement each other.

The depth created by the various designs is phenomenal. Depending on how light reflects on the pendant, you will see different shades and sometimes patterns within the layers of glass.

Dichroic glass is very difficult to photograph and most pieces will appear flat in the photos, when in fact they have tremendous depth, sparkle, shine and vibrancy.
